The design of the hull of TUG-50 belongs to Eric YONTER. The two alternatives of the upper structure and interior designs belong to Burak Acar and Eric Yonter. TUG-50 has classical lines of tug boats and provides large interior solutions for the ones who need comfort when sailing.

POSEIDON is going to start mass production of TUG-50 in 2007 at its own shipyard in Izmir.

The seakeeping performance tests are carried out by Abdi Kukner. The hull is designed for overcoming both inland water and sea conditions and the seakeeping test results prove that.

TUG-50 has 2 basic models one of which has a gulet type upper structure and the other one has tug boat style upper structure. The model with gulet type upper structure has 1 master cabin for 2 persons and a guest cabin for 2 persons, a saloon and a galley and WC. The model with tug boat type upper structure has 1 master cabin at the aft for 2 persons, 2 guest cabins at the fore each for 2 persons, a large saloon, a galley and WC.
